10K STEPS CHALLENGE

30 Day Water Challenge

The Rules:

  • MUST be plain water - only plain water will clean your organs and cells from waste and toxins.

  • Drink half your weight in oz or 3L - 4L a day.

  • You may drink other beverages during the day BUT IT WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE.

    • Moderate: 3 days a week​

    • Moderate to challenging: 3 to 5 days a week

    • Challenging: 5-7 days a week 

  • Walk a minimum of 30 min per session.

  • Outdoor and/or treadmill are allowed.
