The Rules:

MUST be plain water - only plain water will clean your organs and cells from waste and toxins.

Drink half your weight in oz or 3L - 4L a day.

You may drink other beverages during the day BUT IT WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE.

Walk a minimum of three days a week or follow this guideline:

Moderate: 3 days a week​

Moderate to challenging: 3 to 5 days a week

Challenging: 5-7 days a week

Walk a minimum of 30 min per session.

Outdoor and/or treadmill are allowed.
